Because of this our yoga plan consists of everyday activities starting from the basics, oriented towards people who have never practiced yoga or made physical effort.

With an approximate duration of 30 minutes per sesion you will be able to complete your rutine on any moment of the day as well as asist to a weekly live virtual sesion if you please.

The same will happen if you have any food in your nutritional plan that you cannot eat, our nutritionist will change it for you.
